Dear Family and Friends,
Life in Hosford is good! Missionary work right now is a little slow, but it will pick up when we get more of a feel for the area! The trailer is good, our AC went out and it is suppose to get fixed today! (keep your fingers crossed) and we still have mice! None have taken the traps! Grrrrrrr..... I noticed you didn't send the package!! Maybe if you haven't sent it yet maybe you could send some Nutella!! :) I'm getting tired of PB&J toast for breakfast! Elder Ogilvie and I are getting along great!! We do have alot in common.
Well it sounds like the weeky'all had was uneventful (other than the temple dedication)! But that's ok! It will get better in the next month and a half!! :)
Well as I stated before my week was a little slow missionary work wise except for an excommunicated member who wants us to help him return to activity!! That is exciting for us!! The members here are awesome!!!!!!!! We have been fed every night since we have been here!!! I'm not gonna be able to lose weight here!! But we are gonna keep going and we have alot of potential but we just need to figure out what to do during the day that would be effective!! We are gonna be doing alot of less active work in this area!! Sorry I haven't taken pictures of my trailer yet but I will try to remember for next week!!
I love y'all and hope y'all are doing good!! Keep your heads up and stay strong!!
Love,
Elder Cameron Williams

Dear Family and Friends
Here is my new address:
16020 NE Clark Rd #17
Hosford, FL 32334
So everyone should write me!!!!!! ;^)
Transfers were good! Hosford is VERY smaller than Alma!! It only has one caution light, one resturant, 2 gas stations, and an elementary and jr high school!!! It is TINY!!!! The boundary is pretty big but the actual town is tiny!! My new companion is Elder Ogilvie (O-gull-v) he is from St. George. He is a HUGE BYU football fan!! We heard about the game and he took it harder than I did! We get along great!! We both like BYU and Star Wars and Lord of the Rings and all the nerdy things!!!

We had Stake Conference here too!! It was great!!

Sounds like y'all had a good week!! I only got an email from Jamie so far..... Laura and Emily..... where are y'alls emails???
Maybe Jamie can make as good a chili as mine!! All my companions have fallen in love with my chili, I don't know why. It's not like I put a love potion into it...... Haha!!

Well this week was mostly spent going around meeting people! We whitewashed Hosford, the Elders that were here before were taken out and Elder Ogilvie and I were brought in. Everyone is VERY friendly!! Hosford is a small ward but in this county is the highest concentration of members of the church in all of Florida!! We are getting fed every night for the next 2 weeks!! We actually have a ward missionary that will get mad at people if we don't get fed EVERY night!! His name is BJ, he is an older man and he got back into activity within the last year or so and he took us around to show us the area!! We are a bike area now and everything is very spread apart! We are going to be working a TON with members!! Elder Ogilvie and I aren't use to working with members so much!! It's definately something we have to get use to!! We have met alot of great people and we both like it here! We have a nice trailer, I'll get pictures later!
I can't think of anything else right now for you to send to me, but I'll let you know!!

Dear Family and Friends,
I have heard and I am leaving McRae and going to Hosford, FL. I will miss McRae but it will be good to have new things to do!! I don't know the new address, I'll let y'all know next week!
Oscar and Oscar Jr are doing alright. Oscar Jr is progressing more right now then his dad but that's ok.
Shawn and Sarah are doing good, they can't live a normal life! Something ALWAYS happens sometimes good, sometimes bad, they are usually on the go!
Anita has a baptismal date for October 6th!! Unfortunately I won't get to see it! :( Joe is still same old same old, he says that maybe one week he will surprise us, but who knows when that will be!
We got some rain Tuesday and Wednesday and a couple nights this week. It is cooling down so that's good! I have pretty much finished my last summer on the mission!! THey are miserable!! I'm anxious for what Hosford will be like!

Well I hope Laura is feeling better!! And i'm glad y'all had a good week! Will y'all help with the mud slides? I miss the FHEs with Uncle Scoot and Aunt Joanna and Amber and Jason!!!

Well this week has been good! Anita is starting to progress! Tuesday Elder Weir and Elder Hanson (The DL) went there and taught about Lehi's Dream and emphasized on holding on to the Iron Rod! Anita accepted it and a baptismal date!! She came to church with their 2 year old daughter, she came late but she came! We had Branch Conference so we had alot of people at church! But Anita was the only investigator to come!!
Last Monday we taught Oscar Jr and a friend of his under a tree! It was really good, we taught the Plan of Salvation and they understood it and it made sense to them. His friend (Pete) asked us if we believe we can be saved in this life. We told no and that that can only come at the Judgement. If that does happen and afterwards they sin and don't repent are they still safe and they didn't know how to answer but it made sense to Oscar Jr! He is awesome! Once he really starts reading the Book of Mormon then he will get baptized! We later visited him and read with him Alma 32 and talked about planting that seed of Faith! It went very well!! There are people here who are more prepared then they think they are and (we had Zone Conference on Friday) at Zone Conference Pres. Jensen shared what some people in the church think. Everyone one on this Earth can become Celestial Kingdom material! Pres. Jensen has had people say to them that they aren't Celestial material, and he said none of us are unless we use the Atonement in our lives! It is through Christ that we can get to the Celestial Kingdom and live with God and Jesus Christ!! I know that if we constantly apply the gospel (Have Faith in Jesus Christ, repent, make and keep covenants, follow or be given the gift of the Holy Ghost and endure to the end we WILL return to our loving Heavenly Father!! May we all remember that simplest of Primary songs, "I am a child of God" and do our best to be examples to our fellow men!!
I love y'all very much and hope y'all have a great week!!
Love,
Elder Cameron Williams

Dear Family and Friends,
That's great that BYU won! We got some rain this week but it was mostly during the night and we got a rain storm on Sunday but we were indoors and it only lasted about 30 minutes! That's cool that Laura has a job!! Take Luck! Emily is going to the Shakespeare Festival! That's coolio! Have fun!

Yay Dad!! Keep working on the basement and whatever you haven't finished when I come home I will help ya!
I told Jamie not to get use to winning Mario Party!

This week was an alright week, we didn't have much excitement except one investigator. Our investigator Oscar has a son named Oscar Jr (he is about 30) and we had a lesson with him during the week which went very well!! We taught the Restoration and he understood it very well! He doesn't attend any one church consistantly because he hasn't felt the Holy Ghost there and he is willing to read the Book of Mormon and come to church (he wasn't able to make it to church this week)! We went back yesturday but he wasn't there, his son took us to where he is going to be at and we waited about 10-15 minutes when he and a bunch of his friends pulled up in a car. One of his friends (his name is Pete) was asking him about us and wanted to hear what we had to say, so we taught them both under a tree about the Plan of Salvation, it went very well!! We are going to go back Thursday to teach them! We have a little bit more to explain on the proper authority and it being needed to be properly baptized! Well that was about all the excitement we had this week. We had a less active that we have been working with for a long time come to sacrament meeting, but he only stayed for sacrament meeting.

Well I hope y'all are doing good and hope y'all have a good week, we will find out next week if I will get transferred!
The book is blue, the church is true!!

Elder Cameron Williams
